OUR PHILOSOPHY
MISSION
Our mission is to combine social work in favelas with tourism in Rio de Janeiro to enable a deeper immersion in the Brazilian culture for international volunteers and ensuring a contribution to the livelihood of the projects.
VISION
Our vision is to overcome prejudice and social discrimination for both, local and foreign cultures, through dialogue. We believe that the daily contact and friendship enlarge the possibilities for the individual to find collectively new ways for solving global problems.

OUR HISTORY
INC is a non-governmental organization founded in 1996 with the purpose to empower children, adolescents and adults improving their own quality of life. The mission of the INC is to strengthen and empower individuals, to do their social transformation in education, health, environment, culture and sports. With social programs in these five areas, INC has a great impact in the communities in the state of Rio de Janeiro. Throughout its 17 years of existence, INC got the certificates of Oganization of Public Utility at the municipal and state levels, in addition to being enrolled in the City Council of Social Welfare.
NOVA EXPERIENCE BRASIL
NEB arose from the interest of people from different countries to participate in the programs of INC, and at the same time to find solutions for sustaining our projects. The combination of sustainable tourism with social responsibility means:
All our activities are coordinated by an experienced, educated and trained staff that takes care of the personal safety and satisfaction of the volunteer.
Participation in social programs in a favela in Rio;
Accommodation in a hostel in the favela;
Opportunities of traditional and ecological tours.
